Vegetalian Chirashi-Sushi (Variety Sushi in a Box)


This is the class to learn about the traditional Chirashi-Sushi (Variety Sushi in a Box) and Osuimono (Soup).

We'll mix up all the ingredients with vinegared rice and serve beautifully on a lacquerware with various vegetable.

Please come join us, we'd be happy to share the Japanese cuisine with you.

*We won't use meats or fishes.
